Dear Mayor and Council member,

As a concerned citizen, I am very upset to learn that you are eroding
our public safety. I am asking that you keep public safety and
especially fire and paramedic response a top priority during these
challenging times. In the event that I have a fire or medical emergency I expect my first responders to arrive soon enough to keep the fire from getting out of control or assist me with a life threatening medical
emergency. Quality of life includes public safety and you were elected to represent the priorities of the citizens. I hope you will make sure that if I have to call 911 that my services will be provided at the level that exists today.  As I understand it, if you reduce my services I will actually have
to pay more for my fire insurance, which is unacceptable. Please
maintain our fire and rescue services.

Sincerely,
